Refund policy


At HiddenTheory, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received the wrong item

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Important Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the defect

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color variation due to screen display

  • Minor thread variations that do not affect product usability

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a free replacement of the product.
