Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India. Customers are requested to ensure they are available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Repeated order refusals may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the claim is valid.
